Establishment of the Hercules Advocacy for Rail and Transit (HART) Community Task Force
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a Resolution establishing the Hercules Advocacy for Rail and Transit (HART) Community Task Force as a temporary, resident-based advisory and advocacy body focused exclusively on advancing the Hercules regional intermodal transportation center (commonly known as the Hercules Hub) and transportation connections and issues directly related to that project; approving its purpose, membership, duties, and two-year term; and directing staff to initiate recruitment and provide appropriate administrative support.
