Request planning staff present the staff report; 2. Open the public hearing; 3. Receive comments from the public; 4. Close the public hearing; 5. Request clarification from staff on any issues related to the Ordinance; 6. Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance.

That the City Council:

1.                     Request planning staff present the staff report;

2.                     Open the public hearing;

3.                     Receive comments from the public;

6.   Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance.
