Title: Award of a Construction Contract in the amount of $84,910 for the Fire Station 76 Reroofing Project RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Lifetime Roofing & Renovation in the amount of $84,910 for the Fire Station 76 Reroofing Project, authorizing an additional expenditure of up to $8,491 for a 10% contingency on said construction contract, for a total not to exceed amount of $93,401, and appropriating the same from the General Fund/Capital Reserves to fully fund the project.

RECOMMENDATION:

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Lifetime Roofing & Renovation in the amount of $84,910 for the Fire Station 76 Reroofing Project, authorizing an additional expenditure of up to $8,491 for a 10% contingency on said construction contract, for a total not to exceed amount of $93,401, and appropriating the same from the General Fund/Capital Reserves to fully fund the project.
