Recommendation: 1. Request that staff present the staff report; 2. Open the public hearing and invite the applicant to make a presentation or statement; 3. Receive public comments; 4. Close the public hearing; 5. Adopt a resolution recommending that the City County approve the IS/MND, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, Design Review Permit, and Lot Line Adjustment subject to Conditions of Approval, and the full drawings contained therein; 6. Adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving Zone Text Amendment to change text in Section 13.48 (Planned Development Plans) to alter the allowed deviations permitted with a Planned Development, by eliminating the limitations on the amount of a deviation. | | |
