RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council open the continued public hearing, ask questions of staff or the applicant team, receive comments from the public and interested parties and adopt a Resolution finding that the Addendum to the Hercules New Town Center Environmental Impact Report (State Clearing House No. 2007062002) prepared pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15164, is the appropriate environmental document for the proposed Emblem Hercules Apartments project, finding that the Addendum has been prepared in compliance with CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines and reflects the independent judgment of the City of Hercules as Lead Agency, and approving Design Review Permit (DRP) 25-04, Vesting Tentative Map (VTM) 25-02, and Planned Development Plan (PDP) 25-02 for</description><pubDate>Wed, 17 Jun 2026 20:38:57 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
